Welcome to MahoganyDimes.com I have been a fan of PinUp Artwork for years, back as far a Highschool. When I got to college and began to study Art History it got worse. Alberto Vargas, Gil Elvgren, George Petty from the classic era to Sorayama, Olivia, Jack Henslee, Jennife Janesko, and Luis Royo, Frank Frazetta and Boris Vallejo from the modern era have all influenced me. I was told by my instructor in college that I would never make a career outta drawing half dressed women with big breast. He was correct. I am African American, a Black Man, and what I didnt see in the history of Pinup was a Pinup Artist that drew Ethnic Women, Ethnic Women the way WE like them. So, this became one of my goals and here I am.
